All,
1. you can browse the course mailing list archive through the following
link.
http://www.intel-iris.net/maillists/course/
2. the "laptop setup" document (http://www-2.cs.cmu.edu/~srini/15-829A/laptopConf.pdf)
describes how to get with the latest IrisNet code (in the Section:
"Get the latets IrisNet software"). However, it *does not* mention the
branch name ("stable012103") in the cvs update command.
The IrisNet code we put in the laptops is 2 weeks old. So, you need to
update the code to the latest version. Use the command "cvs up -d -P
-r stable012103" to update the latest release. In subsequent updates, you
can omit the tag name (i.e. you can use "cvs up -d -P").
If you like, you can remove the existing IRISNET directory in the laptops,
and get a fresh copy of the code using
cvs co -r stable012103 IRISNET-all
See http://www.intel-iris.net/download.html for more informaiton.
