I'm making a question and solving it by myself. :P)
If you specify assumptive IP address of sensors (which actually does not
exist) in XML, OA tend to connect to those SAs although it's impossible to
do that. Thus, the OA looks freezed until timed-out.
Just FYI if someone is doing the same thing and is having the same
problem... :)
